Shipping Policy
AEI Corporation understands the need to ship OEM parts with special attention and process as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about our shipping policy or need assistance placing your order, please contact our customer service team at 949-474-3070 Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Standard Orders
- Free shipping over $50. Restrictions apply.
- Available in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii
- Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may result in additional charges, in which case Customer Service will contact you for approval before shipping.
- Not available for expedited orders
- Under $50 orders: Flat $10 shipping rate when shipping within the US.
- Processing/Shipping: Orders received by 1 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will ship the same business day. Orders received after 1 pm will ship the following business day.
- Delivery: Up to 5-8 business days from the time your order ships.
- Shipping Method: FedEx/UPS ground service.
- No PO Box delivery

Expedited Orders
- We do not offer expedited shipping as an option on our website. If you need an order expedited, please contact our customer service team to discuss expedited options and prices.
International Orders
- We only offer to ship within the US. No international ordering or shipping available.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service immediately.
Return Policy
Items purchased on our website or through AEI Corporation customer service that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All return requests after 30 days will be denied or closed.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by AEI Corporation, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable tax in the original form of payment. No credit will be issued for any shipping costs.
Return Authorization
An RA # is required to return any item(s) to AEI Corporation. Contact AEI Corporation return department at returns@aeicorporation.com or 949-474-3070 to obtain the RA # for your return. The RA # must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
Customers returning any item(s) without a RA # will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the value of the item(s) returned.
Instructions
- Obtain RA # from AEI Corporation returns@aeicorporation.com or 949-474-3070, Monday to Friday 7 am to 4 pm PST.
- Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping box and include your original packing slip.
- Write the RA # on the packing slip and outside the shipping box.
- Ship your return to:

- For your protection, we recommend returns be sent via a trackable method: Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Priority.
Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days once they arrive at our facility.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing items
If an order arrives and is damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact AEI Corporation customer service at 949-474-3070 or orders@aeicorporation.com.
